This seasonal, on-call position plays a critical role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during winter weather. Our snow crews respond quickly during snow and ice events to keep walkways, entrances, and high-traffic areas cleared and safe.
This seasonal, on-call position plays a critical role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during winter weather. Our snow crews respond quickly during snow and ice events to keep walkways, entrances, and high-traffic areas cleared and safe.
Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and be part of a reliable winter operations team.

- Clear sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and building entrances during and after snow events
- Work alongside crew leaders and equipment operators during snow relocation and cleanup

- Ability to work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
- Must have proper winter gear (waterproof gloves, boots, snow pants, and jacket)

- Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment including stand-on and walk-behind mowers
- Trim around trees, buildings, and landscape features using string trimmers
- Edge sidewalks and curbs for a clean, professional finish
- Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and hard surfaces after mowing
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes
- Maintain equipment and keep trucks and trailers clean and organized

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to lift equipment and work on your feet for extended periods

Landscaping Installation Member
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, landscape beds, and other outdoor features
- Install rock, mulch, plants, edging, and landscape materials
- Assist with grading, soil preparation, sod installation, and hydroseeding
- Operate hand tools and assist with small equipment when needed
- Load and unload materials and keep job sites organized and efficient
- Work with crew leaders and equipment operators to complete projects safely and efficiently

- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team
- Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license and a clean background are required
